I am a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in treating couples, adults and young adults with depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues.  I am curious about how you as a person learned to adapt to your environment, perhaps from a very young age.  My work is highly collaborative.  I am trained in mindfulness based stress reduction, attachment theory, emotionally focused individual and couples therapy, internal family systems therapy (parts work).

 

My work is informed by trauma research, neuroscience, and attachment science.  My individual sessions are 50 minutes long, and my couples sessions are 60 minutes long.  I am happy you found your way here.
